As a Nike Retail Associate (known as an Athlete), you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers to help them discover inspiring products—from living rooms to locker rooms—to move, dream, and dare. You work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic store environment as part of one team focused on optimism, collective wins, and delivering the ultimate Nike store experience.

Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty while working across store zones and consumer needs.

• Lead with service: understand and obsess over consumer needs, then guide them to gear that elevates performance.

Qualifications

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.
• Able to meet physical requirements such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available for this role.
