As a Nike Retail Associate – known as Athletes – you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them, from living rooms to locker rooms, to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment, working as one team with optimism and hunger for the collective win. The goal is to serve consumers and provide them with the ultimate Nike store experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve consumers to help them discover inspiring Nike products.
• Build brand trust and loyalty while delivering the ultimate Nike store experience.
• Work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment across store zones.
• Collaborate as part of a team, showing up with optimism and a hunger for collective success.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling: available to work day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays based on store needs.
• Physical requirements: ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to complete the online assessment as part of the application process.
