About the role

As a Nike Retail Associate — known as Athletes — you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help our consumers discover the product that inspires them — from living rooms to locker rooms — to move, dream, and dare. You’re in the store building brand trust and loyalty, but you don’t do it alone. We play in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, across store zones and consumer needs, but there’s no ego. Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.50

Schedule

Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store's timezone. Overnight positions may work shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM of the store's timezone. Specific schedules will vary by location, season, and business demands. Shifts are scheduled based on store needs and your employment type. Depending on store needs, managers will make every effort to schedule shifts within your provided availability, though business needs may occasionally require you to work outside of those hours. Additionally, from time to time, business needs may require you to provide additional or different availability.

• Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
• Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
• Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
• Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week
