Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Lead with service, understanding and guiding consumers to the gear that elevates their performance.
  • Have a strong grasp of the product and its details, keeping the store sharp.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, available to work retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have the physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.00.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
