Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete - known as Athletes - you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. Responsibilities

• Serve like a pro to help our consumers discover the product that inspires them
• Build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high traffic environment
• Work in various shifts including day, evening, weekends, and holidays based on department and store/company needs
• Engage with consumers and your teammates, creating a space where everyone feels seen and supported
• Meet your goals and move with purpose, hitting your targets and contributing to the store’s success

Requirements

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
• Physical requirements may include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00

Schedule

• Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
• Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
• Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
• Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week
