Retail Associate, PT – Nike Leesburg (14-29 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find products that inspire them.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a sharp and welcoming store environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Show up energetically and with positivity, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Lead with service and consumer needs.
• Understand and guide consumers to the right products.
• Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.
• Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.
• Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
