Responsibilities

  • Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
  • Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare.
  • Work with your team to maintain a sharp store environment, ensuring all merchandise is displayed correctly and inventory is accurate.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Show up energetically and positively, bringing the energy of sport to your interactions with consumers and teammates.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels seen and supported.
  • Model integrity in every interaction, meeting our elevated standards and communicating honestly.

Requirements

  • Lead with service and consumer focus.
  • Understand and obsess over consumer needs.
  • Know the product and its details.
  • Have the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
