Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a sharp and inviting store environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere where consumers feel seen and supported, fostering a sense of community within the store.

Requirements

• Lead with service and consumer-centric focus.
• Have a strong understanding of the Nike product line and its benefits.
• Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have the physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.00.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
