Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships by connecting with customers and exceeding sales targets.
• Assist new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle.
• Enhance your skills with hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

Pay

Employee pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.78 per hour, determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Additional incentives may include bonuses and/or commission plans.
