About the role

Arch Telecom's Retail Associate Managers (RAMs) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values. Their role involves creating energy and excitement around our products and services, focusing on customer needs and building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise
• Absorb and assist in daily operations and coaching under the Retail Store Manager
• Collaborate with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues
• Identify and handoff small business leads and develop strong peer relationships

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
• Have reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Prior wireless sales experience

• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to lead your team, share best practices, and provide resolutions to issues
• Effective with operational, financial, and performance management
• Amazing communication skills, both with your team and customers
