About the role

Arch Telecom's Retail Associate Managers (RAMs) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values. Their role involves creating energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with customers by building new and deepening existing relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
  • Sell side-by-side to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise.
  • Aid the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.
  • Build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
  • Use digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating how our network, plans, and services meet customer needs.
  • Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless, run-around-free environment.
  • Identify and handoff small business leads and develop strong peer relationships.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Be able to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Work full-time (40 hours).

Qualifications

  • Prior wireless sales experience is preferred but not required.

  • Willingness to lead teams and provide resolutions to issues.
  • Effective operational, financial, and performance management skills.
