About the role

The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support the service side of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction and store operations.
• Manage the backroom product flow function, including inventory management and production processes.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
