About the role
The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of our stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and store operations.
- Manage the backroom product flow function, including inventory management and logistics.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
