Retail Associate Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support the service side of our stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and store operations.
• Manage the backroom product flow function, including inventory management and logistics.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
