Role Overview

The Retail Associate Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, aiming to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive Mobile Expert success.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire Mobile Experts with a passion for customer service and ensure customer needs are met through comfortable, simple experiences.
• Observe and provide feedback on team interactions, coaching for improvement.
• Stay current on products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Lead by example, maintain store standards, and ensure team training on store systems and communication.
• Manage store environment, visual displays, and adhere to operational procedures.
• Drive financial results by monitoring key performance indicators, controlling expenses, and managing discounts and credits.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and store operations knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
