Retail Associate – Inventory

About the Role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active, part-time role with flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases.

Pay

Starting wage: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. $200 referral bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork

Work Environment

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or related experience is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
