About the role

As a Sales Associate, your overall responsibility is to provide a Radical Customer Experience. You will align your day with business needs and take action to successfully achieve sales goals. Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the fashion retail industry
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Team-centric leadership approach that inspires and motivates others
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Collaborative yet self-motivated and able to work independently
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability
• Ability to adjust strategies based on business needs

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
