Enhancing store operations, the employee may also cover other locations and perform miscellaneous duties as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years in customer service, cash handling, and supervisory experience. Skills include strong mathematical ability, prompt and friendly customer interactions, stock management, and effective communication. Work environment: Indoors and outdoors, with use of various equipment such as cash registers, food preparation devices, and cleaning supplies. Physical demands involve standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and frequent movement. Flexibility in shifts and extended hours are required to meet business needs.
