Retail Associate - Firearms & Sporting Goods (Part-Time)

About the role

This is a part‑time position. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to sell firearms.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with knowledgeable guidance on firearms, ammo, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, and related products.
• Display products in an approachable manner to create an easy shopping experience.
• Earn customers’ smiles from the moment they enter the store until they leave.

Requirements

• “Can‑do” attitude.
• Self‑motivation to achieve high productivity.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods, including heavy and repetitive lifting.
• Legal ability to own a firearm.

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods.
• Repetitive wrist movements on a keyboard.
• Close‑vision tasks for PC work.
• Bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead.
• Heavy and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lb).
