Retail Associate - Firearms & Sporting Goods (Full-Time & Part-Time)

As a Team Member, you’ll provide customers with expertise on firearms, ammunition, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, and more. You’ll create an easy, down-to-earth shopping experience and earn customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in until they leave.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge on firearms, ammo, outdoor gear, and more.
• Create an authentic, friendly shopping experience.
• Uphold Murdoch’s Mission, Values, and Principles (MVPs) as part of a team.
• Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, carrying, pushing, reaching overhead, and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell firearms.
• “Can-do” attitude and enthusiasm for hard work.
• Ability to legally own a firearm.
• Willingness to work on your feet with repetitive lifting and movements.
• Close vision for computer work and repetitive wrist movements.
