About The Role

The Retail team at The Black Tux spans across 7 brick and mortar showrooms and 40 Nordstrom locations. This team supports customers by meeting them where they are, guiding them forward, and solving challenges along the way, ensuring they have what they need to look and feel their best.

What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through personalized fitting appointments
• Assist in styling
• Bring customers’ event vision to life using our platform
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from concept to checkout
• Support customers from look conception through final checkout
• Conduct fitting appointments and provide expert styling advice
• Coordinate group looks and manage details including group orders, exchanges, and adjustments
• Adapt sales techniques to each customer’s communication style
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain showroom presentation and organization
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold our culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning
