Retail Associate - eCommerce Team Member

About the role

Part-time eCommerce associates perform functions related to selling and shipping collectibles in the eCommerce department. This role supports Goodwill's job skills training and employment services by identifying valuables and selling them online. You will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of donations.

Schedule

Monday–Friday day shift. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Post, sell, and ship items online
• Identify valuable donations for online sale

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance; must regularly provide proof of insurance
• Employees using an agency vehicle must submit to a BMV check
• Primarily works in a warehouse setting
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position, including:
  • Frequent standing, bilateral reach, and handling ability
  • Constant fingering and pinch grip
  • Frequent ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
  • May require shoulder-height reaching with either hand and firm grasp
  • Frequent bending; may squat
  • Frequent ability to push/pull less than 25 lbs.
