Retail Associate - Donor Door Attendant

About the role

We are hiring Donation Receiving Associates for our Willowick location. This position is for team players with great customer service skills, who treat others respectfully, and who put people first.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from vehicles
• Offer tax receipts
• Maintain accurate daily donation counts
• Begin presorting items into categories

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Pay

Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits at a fraction of the premium cost, short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost, and life insurance at no cost. Paid holidays are also provided.

Schedule

Flexible schedule available. Full-time positions are typically 32 hours per week, but part-time options may be available.
