As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will provide your customers with quality apparel—everything from fashion clothing and footwear to accessories and work wear, plus much more. You’ll display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience and earn your customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with quality apparel, footwear, accessories, and work wear.
• Create an easy and authentic shopping experience through product display and customer interaction.
• Uphold Murdoch’s Mission, Values, and Principles (MVPs) as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Have a “can-do” attitude and a drive to achieve your best productivity.
• Be ready for a hard day's work on your feet with heavy and repetitive lifting.
• Work as a team to maintain our standards.

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Repetitive wrist movements on the keyboard.
• Close vision for some PC work.
• Bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead.
• Heavy and repetitive lifting (no more than 50 lbs).
