Retail Associate - Clothing (Full-Time)

As a Team Member, you’ll provide customers with quality apparel—everything from fashion clothing and footwear to accessories and work wear—while delivering legendary service that creates an authentic shopping experience. You’ll display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience and earn customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with quality apparel and accessories.
• Create an easy and authentic shopping experience.
• Engage with customers from arrival to departure.
• Work as a team to uphold Murdoch’s Mission, Values, and Principles (MVPs).

Requirements

• Have a “can-do” attitude.
• Be motivated to achieve high productivity.
• Be ready for a hard day's work on your feet with heavy and repetitive lifting.

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Repetitive wrist movements on the keyboard.
• Close vision for some PC work.
• Bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead.
• Heavy and repetitive lifting (no more than 50 lbs).
