Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries
- Operate cash registers and manage inventory
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Perform stocktaking and restocking duties
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of store areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar retail or customer service role preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for pharmacy technician role)
