Family Fare is seeking talented individuals to join their team as a Retail Store Associate. This position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers and contributing to the success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing returns.
• Assist with the display and restocking of produce, deli, meat, barista, pharmacy, and other departments.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail setting is a plus.
