At Martin’s Super Markets, relationships matter – and, as a retail store associate, you are essential to our success. We are looking for talented individuals who are ready to make an immediate impact at our retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash registers and perform cash transactions
• Stock shelves and restock merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist with inventory management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail or customer service role preferred
• Valid driver’s license (for night crew positions)

Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite preferred)
