Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist guests with product selection and provide accurate information about products.
• Handle produce, meat, dairy, and deli items with care and knowledge.
• Perform inventory checks and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in health screenings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
