Retail Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and engaging with guests, efficiently handling phone inquiries, and managing all POS transactions with accuracy.
- Enhance sales opportunities by restocking items as needed, merchandising products correctly, providing insights on inventory levels, and participating in store clinics to gain in-depth product knowledge.
- Promote a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly store appearance.
- Serve as a point of contact for guests by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Execute daily procedures by completing opening and closing tasks, and other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor.
