Responsibilities
- Generate revenue and sales transactions through excellent product knowledge and providing excellent customer service with prompt service.
- Maintain a fun, clean, and comfortable store environment.
- Work closely with different members of the team, being quick on your feet and having an engaging attitude.
- Carry out the policies and procedures of Benchmark Hospitality at Stonewall Resort while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standards of service.
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for retail shop.
- Collect all monies and charges for retail merchandise.
- Complete all accounting paperwork for all sales transactions.
- Aid in merchandising products.
- Ensure proper stocking of merchandise.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand.
- Maintain elevated levels of sanitation and safety throughout the work area.
- Give clear and concise directions to various locations in the resort.
- Answer guest questions using excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain a neat appearance, with a nametag at all times while working on the property.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with all other co-workers and resort guests.
- Able to accurately handle cash.
- Must have retail experience.
- Able to lift and move 10-25 lbs. daily.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
