About the role

Pri's Paisley Park is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to join their team. The position involves providing excellent customer service, encouraging merchandise purchases, and engaging visitors with the unique world of Prince's Paisley Park. Located on-site at Paisley Park in Chanhassen, MN.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS and cash-handling duties in an efficient, responsible, and timely manner.
• Absorb and process incoming merchandise, replenish the sales floor, and complete additional operational tasks.
• Maintain excellent visual standards and housekeeping in the Paisley Park shop to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekdays and evenings as scheduled.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Must occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 45 lbs. and climb a ladder.
• Adhere to a pescatarian work environment while on the Paisley Park campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
