Retail Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to assist guests, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing transactions, and keeping the sales floor organized. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities You will be the helpful and friendly face of our hotel's retail operation, ensuring guests have a pleasant shopping experience and find the perfect souvenirs or necessities. Your daily tasks will include assisting customers with product selection, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. You will report to the Front Office Manager or Hotel Operations Manager. A career as a retail associate can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as retail supervisor, retail manager, or even a management position in hotel operations. Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus!
