About Us

Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop was born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2012. We've grown from a single store to 23 locations (and counting!) across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, Texas and Minnesota. We also offer national distribution of candy and soda to over 15,000 independent retailers.

The Role

As a Retail Associate, you'll be at the forefront of the memorable experience that we create for our guests. You'll greet customers with a smile, guide them through their visit, and ensure they leave happy and eager to return. Requirements

• Dependable and hardworking
• Available for 15-25 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays (mainly nights and weekends with a few other shifts available throughout the week)
• Outgoing personality with a sense of humor; genuinely enjoys interacting with kids and adults
• Works well with others; friendly, fun, easy-going, and understands team impact
• Passionate about maintaining a clean, inviting workspace and enjoys visual merchandising
• Self-motivated with great energy; balances following directions with driving store success
• Retail experience is a plus but not required
