Retail Associate

About the role

We're looking for individuals who are dependable, outgoing, works well with others, neat freaks, and great energy. The position is for 15-20 hours a week, with a focus on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and guide them through their visit
• Ensure customers leave happy and eager to return

• Maintain a clean, inviting workspace through visual merchandising

Requirements

• Dependable schedule (open 7 days a week)
• Outgoing personality (sense of humor, interacts with customers and staff)
• Works well with others (friendly, fun, easy-going)
• Neat freak (passionate about maintaining a clean workspace)
• Great energy (self-motivated, strikes a balance between following directions and driving the store forward)

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is a plus, but passion and dedication are key
