As a Retail Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of the memorable experience that we create for our guests. You’ll greet customers with a smile, guide them through their visit, and ensure they leave happy and eager to return. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and a sense of humor
• Assist guests in discovering and selecting candy and soda products
• Maintain a clean, inviting workspace and contribute to visual merchandising
• Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Participate in community events and neighborhood engagement

Requirements

• Availability for 15–25 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays (primarily nights and weekends with occasional weekday shifts)
• Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with customers of all ages
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, family-like environment
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a neat, organized store
