• Provides outstanding Guest Service to all guests, internal as well as external.
• Multitasks proficiently while promoting the culture of Guest Service.
• Buys quality guest relationships resulting in increased sales and repeat business.
• Increases sales and strives to achieve daily/monthly/annual budgetary goals through knowledge, service, and repeat sales/business.
• Affords assistance with inventories to ensure a complete and accurate count of merchandise.
• Is professional, courteous, and maintains a friendly demeanor.
• Is proficient in register transactions and adaptable to new technology.
• Speaks, reads, and writes English clearly and effectively.
• Successfully completes a math test.
