Responsibilities

• Stay knowledgeable of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories.
• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories.
• Provide quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wetness, smell, soiled items, broken zippers, and missing buttons; items must be flaw-free.
• Hang and tag quality donations quickly in accordance with agency standards while meeting or exceeding individual production targets.
• Maintain the processing area in a neat and clean condition so the station is always ready for the next shift.
• Embody DGR MODE Guiding Principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
