Retail Associate - Ag & Livestock Fencing (Full-Time & Part-Time)

About the role

As a Team Member, you’ll provide customers with know-how on everything from hardware and fencing to animal feed and health products, toys, tack, and much more. You’ll display down-to-earth products for an easy shopping experience and earn customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable, friendly service to customers across multiple product categories.
• Create an authentic, easy shopping experience through product presentation and customer interaction.
• Work as a team to uphold Murdoch’s Mission, Values, and Principles (MVPs).

Requirements

• “Can-do” attitude and enthusiasm for hard work.
• Ability to maintain high productivity while standing for long periods.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, carrying, pushing, reaching overhead, and working on a ladder.
• Capability to perform repetitive wrist movements, close vision tasks, and basic PC work.
