The Retail Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. They are responsible for greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment
• Treat all customers and associates with respect and courtesy
• Assist customers with merchandise and answer questions politely and knowledgeably
• Greet customers by making eye contact, smiling, and saying "hello" and "thank you"
• Handle customer issues courteously and report to leadership when needed
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain merchandise and customer areas
• Manage inventory and follow loss prevention protocols
• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all interactions

Requirements

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
