Retail Associate (0-40 hours/week)

As a Retail Associate, you will embody the “Just Do It” mindset by providing exceptional service, guiding customers to products that enhance their performance, and creating a positive in-store experience. You will work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, aiming to build brand loyalty and trust.

• Lead with customer service, understanding and fulfilling consumer needs
• Maintain product knowledge, uphold store standards, and meet sales goals
• Build connections with customers and team members, fostering a supportive atmosphere
• Act with integrity, communicate honestly, and demonstrate reliability

Requirements

• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay

Starting hourly rate of $16.50.
