About the role

The Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandizing at Fabletics is responsible for creating a unique and impactful shopping experience at the Fabletics retail stores. This role ensures brand consistency and standards through merchandising and product management, collaborating with the Store Manager to enhance the employee environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between corporate direction and store-level execution.
• Manage the brand aesthetic by following and adapting corporate direction to fit store-specific needs.
• Communicate and partner with HQ Visual teams for product placement, fixture layouts, displays, and window installations.
• Conduct in-store trainings to develop and elevate store talent.
• Identify and address store deficiencies such as broken fixtures, mannequins, and other cosmetic issues.
• Own the physical merchandise inventory from delivery to return-to-work (RTW).
• Present and discuss visual successes and opportunities to corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a comparable retail environment with a focus on visual merchandising.
• Flexibility to work on and off peak hours including weekends and overnights.
• Able to safely lift/move 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Comfortable working at heights and standing for extended periods.
