Our Assistant Store Manager is a highly motivated leader passionate about creating extraordinary customer experiences. They drive sales growth, coach and develop associates to achieve sales goals, and manage all aspects of the business, especially product and inventory management in conjunction with the Store Manager. This role sets a precedent for the team with dedication to quality and results that add value to the business. The Assistant Store Manager will also be a driving force for new and ongoing sales opportunities, directly impacting our growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Meet individual sales and metric goals
- Drive sales growth and coach associates to achieve sales goals
- Manage all aspects of the business, particularly product and inventory management
- Lead and set a precedent for the team through natural leadership
- Invest in results that add value to the business
- Identify and pursue new and ongoing sales opportunities
- Oversee visual merchandising and product management
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of retail management experience
- Experience in training and managing a team
- Experience in product management (inventory and visual merchandising)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Attention to detail
- Great sense of style
Pay
$31.25–$36.06 per hour
