Retail Assistant Store Manager, Fabletics (Westfield Southcenter - Seattle, WA)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for their Fabletics Retail Store at Westfield Southcenter in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values through self-accountability and serving as a model for all team members.
• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training store Associates and preparing them for engaging customers.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Support and manage store activities to align with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to purchases.
• Participate in providing and receiving feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining personal sales.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High comfort level dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator with the ability to bring the best out in others.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
