Retail Assistant Store Manager, Fabletics (Westfield Southcenter - Seattle, WA)

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our retail store at Westfield Southcenter in Seattle, WA. About the role

As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you’ll support daily store activities, train associates, and engage customers through in-store events, promotions, and community projects. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, acting as a model for team members internally and externally.
• Support the Store Manager and Supervisor in training store associates to actively engage customers in meaningful ways.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Manage daily store activities to align with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide and gather feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of management experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work with large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
