The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales, fostering a positive brand image, and supporting the community.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focused: Model WOW service, train and coach team members to deliver exceptional experiences, and foster a welcoming environment.

  • Drive Results: Develop and implement business strategies, maximize store productivity, and ensure alignment with key KPIs.

  • Believe in Developing Talent: Motivate and inspire team members, celebrate achievements, and continuously improve their skills.

  • Build Networks: Increase brand awareness through community initiatives, manage event and giveback goals, and drive customer acquisition.

  • Instill Trust: Demonstrate integrity, adhere to policies, and maintain high standards of conduct.

  • Communicate Effectively: Articulate clear messages, provide performance feedback, and encourage open dialogue.

Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years old.

  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.

  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.

  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, focusing on significant career impacts.

  • Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

  • A passion for Kendra Scott and its mission of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.

  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
