About the Role

We are seeking a part‑time Sales Professional to join our Carousel showroom. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our premium custom jewellery, and contributing to a motivated, professional team at a leading industry custom jeweller.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to each client, tailoring recommendations to their unique needs.
• Create and maintain exceptional in‑store displays and high presentation standards.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build rapport quickly with new and existing customers.
• Utilise point‑of‑sale systems, internet resources, and spreadsheets to process transactions and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a luxury experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Jewellery knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience meeting sales targets and KPIs (desired).
• Eagerness to learn with a growth mindset.
• Confident, outgoing personality with an immaculate, professional appearance.
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends on a part‑time schedule.
• Multi‑lingual abilities are a plus.

Schedule
