Retail Assistant-As Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respond to their needs efficiently
• Prepare and serve food items according to menu selections and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment and floors
• Follow safe food handling and infection control procedures
• PRACTICE portion control and minimize waste to support financial performance
• Comply with health regulations and departmental policies (HACCP, TJC, etc.)

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience: Customer service experience in a team setting preferred
• Skills: Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math, Comfortable weighing and measuring ingredients, Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 30 lbs)
• Ability to concentrate on tasks and remember multiple responsibilities
• Exposure to temperature fluctuations and cleaning chemicals

As Needed

Positions are not eligible for benefits and have a set rate of pay. If you work evenings, nights or weekends, you may be eligible for shift differential.
