We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About us, Role Synopsis maybe? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting: It includes sections: About us, ROLE SYNOPSIS, Key Accountabilities (with sub-bullets), Essential Education, Essential Experience And Job Requirements (with sub-bullets), DESIRABLE CRITERIA, Additional Information (benefits, pay, vacation, etc.), Why Join Bp (maybe not needed), Travel Requirement, Relocation Assistance, Remote Type, Skills (list), Legal Disclaimer (boilerplate to remove). Also there is "Entity Technology Job Family Group Retail Group Job Description" maybe header. We need to produce sections: maybe About us (p), Role Synopsis (p), Responsibilities (maybe from Key Accountabilities), Requirements (Essential Education + Essential Experience And Job Requirements + DESIRABLE CRITERIA?), Skills (list), Benefits (from Additional Information), Pay (from Additional Information), Schedule? Not given. Travel Requirement maybe schedule? Not exactly. But we can include a "Travel" section if there is content: "Some travel may be required with this role, this is negotiable". That's specific; we could include under a "Travel" heading? Not in allowed headings list but we could still use

for any section heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we can use other headings? Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. Travel could be under Schedule? Not exactly. Maybe we can omit travel if not fitting. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop travel info. Could incorporate travel info into a

under a generic section like "Additional Information". But we already have Benefits, Pay sections. Could create a "Travel" heading using

though not in examples but likely acceptable as it's a section heading. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use h3 for headings, but not limited to those examples. So we can create headings for any section we need. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated: "$102,000.00 - $189,000.00 USD". Benefits are described. Schedule not stated (no specific schedule). Travel requirement is stated but not schedule. So we should not create a Schedule section. We need to include Benefits section: from Additional Information: flexible working options, generous paid parental leave, excellent retirement benefits, etc. Also vacation details, holidays, parental leave, reward package, health/vision/dental, life, STD/LTD. We'll list as
    • . Pay section: include the pay range. Skills: list of skills given (many). We'll put as
      • . Responsibilities: from Key Accountabilities (Category Strategy & Value Delivery, Supplier Ecosystem..., Stakeholder Leadership, People Leadership..., Transformation & Continuous Improvement). We'll list each as bullet. Requirements: combine Essential Education, Essential Experience And Job Requirements, DESIRABLE CRITERIA? Might be separate sections: Qualifications (Education), Requirements (Experience), Desirable Criteria maybe as "Qualifications" or "Requirements". We'll follow headings: Qualifications (Education), Requirements (Experience), Desirable Criteria maybe as "Preferred Qualifications". But we need to avoid filler. We'll include. About us: we have a paragraph. Role Synopsis: we have a paragraph(s). We'll combine into

. Now we need to remove boilerplate: Legal Disclaimer, EEO, etc. Also duplicated lines like "Agility core practices, Agility core practices," duplicate; we should deduplicate. Also remove "How much do we pay (Base)? ( 102,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD)" we will capture pay. Also remove "This position is eligible for US Benefits – Core." etc. We'll keep substantive info. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
