Role Overview
This Analyst supports the Retail Asset Management team by providing advanced financial analysis, research, due diligence, and administrative support for retail real estate investments, including grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle, and mixed-use properties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct valuation modeling using Argus Enterprise and Excel
- Review appraisal reports
- Evaluate lease structures
- Analyze financial statements of tenants
- Perform lease abstracting
- Develop portfolio reports
- Assist in budgeting
- Analyze property performance
- Support acquisition/disposition activities
- Conduct market research and represent the firm externally
- Improve operational processes through automation and data analysis
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate, investment management, or finance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Argus Enterprise, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with integrity and discretion
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000, with bonus potential
