Retail Artist - Charlotte Tilbury - Tampa

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell to achieve and exceed financial goals, including AUS and IPT.
• Set and communicate personal KPIs to staff and manage their achievement.
• Lead by example in achieving Charlotte Tilbury standards in service and artistry.
• Partner with the Account Executive and Area Trainer for continuous team development.
• Anticipate staffing needs and source talent to meet business objectives.
• Determine and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Analyze business performance and plan strategies for daily operations and events.
• Promote the Charlotte Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
• Create and maintain a positive and communicative work environment.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain budgeted expenses.
• Work cooperatively with the store retail operations team.
• Schedule staff to optimize customer flow and maintain store standards.
• Maintain counter hygiene and adhere to store policies.
